Gabriela Ulloa Miss Zion Utah tells us of her story of returning home in March 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic and facing lockdown measures. This sudden isolation led to her struggle with anxiety and depression, which was a new experience for them. Despite her typically joyful and positive demeanor, Gabriela found herself trapped in a prolonged period of darkness. She now understand the power of taking gradual actions to reclaim happiness and overcome life's challenges one step at a time.
